SECTION 21 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union regulations, if you purchase a product or service through our online store or outside a commercial establishment (e.g., by phone or mail), you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, without providing any justification.

In the event of contract withdrawal by the consumer, we will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs (if applicable). However, the direct costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the withdrawal form we will provide upon request, although its use is not mandatory.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition, including all accessories and documentation provided. If the returned product shows damage or usage exceeding what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may apply a proportional depreciation to the refund.
